The HTED-II type electronic detonator intelligent production line consists of three modules: wire processing, detonator assembly and automatic packaging. The wire processing module includes functions such as automatic wire laying, slitting, winding, binding, stripping, lower cover installation of the wire box, visual inspection and rejection of defective products; the detonator assembly module includes automatic completion of rubber plug injection, riveting and welding of the leg wire and chip, solder joint detection, basic detonator assembly bayonet, bayonet detection, electrical parameter detection, chip three-code binding, laser coding, junction box upper cover assembly, junction box coding and other functions (retaining the automatic glue injection of the junction box and the online welding station of the junction box terminal); the finished product automatic packaging module includes automatic unloading, automatic bagging, automatic bag sealing, automatic boxing, automatic placement of instructions, automatic labeling, automatic box sealing and other functions (retaining the manual code supplement and manual packaging stations). The automatic connection between the three modules realizes continuous, intelligent and unmanned production.
